Inside, outside, cabinets, decks, storefronts.
Every job is scoped on a written estimate, line by line, before we start. Here is what happens on each kind.
We paint the inside.
Walls, ceilings, trim, doors, closets and that one accent wall. We move what we can, cover what we cannot, and tape the floors before the first can opens.
Holes get patched and sanded. Stains get primed so they stay gone. Lines along the ceiling and trim are cut by hand, not with tape alone.
- Furniture moved and covered
- Patch, sand and spot-prime
- Two coats, cut in by hand
- Rooms back the way we found them
We paint the outside.
Siding, trim, fascia, doors and garage doors. Front Range sun and freeze-thaw winters are hard on paint, so prep is most of the job.
We wash, scrape what is loose, sand the edges, prime bare wood and caulk the gaps. Then two coats, and the beds and windows are clean when we go.
- Wash, scrape, sand and caulk
- Bare wood primed
- Two coats on siding and trim
- Plants and windows covered
We paint cabinets.
Kitchen and bath cabinets, cleaned, sanded and primed with a bonding primer so the finish holds up to hands and heat.
Doors and drawer fronts come off, get numbered and are finished flat. Boxes are done in place with the kitchen masked off. A new color, not a new kitchen.
- Doors off, numbered, finished flat
- Degrease, sand, bonding primer
- Kitchen masked and dust-controlled
- New hardware hung if you want it
We stain decks and fences.
Decks, fences, pergolas and railings. Stain only lasts if the wood is clean and dry, so we wash, let it dry, and sand the rough boards first.
Then stain or solid color, brushed into the boards rather than sprayed over them. We tell you how often it will want another coat in this climate.
- Wash and dry before any stain
- Rough boards sanded
- Brushed in, not sprayed over
- Rails and pickets done on all sides
We paint businesses.
Storefronts, offices, restaurants, breweries, and units for property managers. We work around your hours, including nights and weekends when the doors have to stay open.
One crew does the building and the wall out front, so the sign band, the trim and the mural all look like they came from the same hand.
- Evenings and weekends when needed
- Turnovers for property managers
- Sign bands, storefronts, interiors
- The mural wall by the same crew
And the wall nobody else has.
Business walls, storefronts, restaurants, breweries, schools, kids' rooms and community walls. We sketch it with you, mock it up on a photo of your wall, then paint it. Same crew, same estimate.
